So that leaves me to chose between the 100 2.8 and the 135 2.0..
100 is is and 135 is not...

I truly wish you the best of luck, Marie. See, people even steal your photos!

haha yeah... they love the pictures I took at the horse show, I was the only one with that pro of a lens :p
But stealing photos won't help me finance a new lens
I checked in Montreal and in NY and for that lens, there is only a 130 $ difference, not worth the 8 hour drive to go and 8 hour drive to come back...

Tomorrow I'm going to have 80 $ to put towards that new lens as I sold some photos from the show..
I had hoped I would sell more...

Subtract the 100mm 2.8. Subtract the 70-200 II. Unless you're making some heavy dough, you'd best spend 2k+ on a new body instead of that lens.

Whattt? C';mon, lenses are more fun than a new body! :P

Try a 5d II. You'll be cropping ~30% 8x10's. THAT"S awesome.

Imagine being able to crop a photo to about one-third of it's original size and still be able to print it beautifully in an 8x10.

Imagine only having a kit lens to do that with. :P

Sounds nice, though.
