lol girls, just get your subject closer to window, catch the time of day when u get most light from window. Dont use flash, tripod is fine, higher iso for faster shutter speed-u can reduse noise later when edit. might be hard to do that ofc when kids move alot, worth of try tho.

Eek, i like that diffuser idea, i might try that, im always taking pictures using only the light coming from window.
