So here are the pics

the venue was a pain, as there was different lighting everywhere, one pic in particular; the subjects face was reddish, yet arm was very orange/yellow, and the guy in the background was washed out white
editing was a total nightmare

a lot of the shots had to be composed differently as they wanted to get the branding in shots
it was an event called World Class, where barmen show their skills and present their won cocktail

all in all i loved the event and the shoot

The entrance and reflection

a cocktail

loved the way the light was hitting her, and she is damn fine, gotta get in contact with her

like the expressions

judges ad branding

sweat and concentration

another cocktail

judge taste testing

another judge taste testing

Lightroom 3.0. Do your PP, lightroom automatically ads 25% sharpening. Ahem you can download a permanent 'trial' version, but if you ever get into serious work, buy a legit version.

Lightroom does 95% of what you can do in photoshop 400% + faster.
For example, playing Starcrack has given me an APM of 250. You should see how fast I go through 800 photos :)

In my opinion if you not doing anything with green screen then LR is best program to use for "basics" PP i put "" cus for most LR users it is just to correct something here and there.
PS its more complicated and more advance PP program you can do so much with it but it's taking more time.

As a photographer you want to use something easy and simple and ofc fast to PP your collections so IMO use LR 3.0!

@you work
is this what you will be selling ?
what iso you was shooting this ?
