I started with a film camera, I don't think I even fit on the graph.
haha same here!!!
I've had a film camera and a tripod way before most of you were born!!!
Digital didn't even exist!
Even after it was invented and became popular, it took me forever to start believing in it!
Started with every shot had to be good cause I have to pay for developping the film.....
24 or 36 exposure rolls.
You run out, just too bad.
Hdr, photoshop or any color post treatment was unheard of.
Had my own black chamber in my parents' basement where I would experiment a lot with black and white.
Most of my good pictures were black and white cause I could play with lots of things.
Now with the facility of digital, and getting contacts with you guys to improve myself, I can experiment (free!!!) on composition, light and everything!
And above all, I can see a bit of the result after each click!!!!
Unlike film, where you need to finish the film and wait 3 days for developing before having an idea of what's on there...
I love it!
I can go out and take 200 pictures and not like any of them...
When I have 2-3 pictures I like on a photo shoot, it's a good day..
So I suppose I would fit in the "dammit I suck' part of the graph
