Second one is GREAT! Very good shot. Btw, you can make a new topic, most people don't check the in between pages to see if new photos were posted. :P

I like these. Very delicate shots with a nice colour palette mate.

Wasn't real fond of the landscapes though. There was too much emphasis on the sky and not the land :P

haha I know you wouldn't like the landscape shots :p
Well maybe once I have got a better computer and a real tripod I will do some photo-stitching but right now I will have to make do what I have :D :p

Thank you!
I was too lazy and tired to make a new thread but I will try to remember that :)
I guess in this forum it's all about flashy and catchy titles :D

For the most part, you seem to have a very good eye for composition and lighting.

For further exploration of landscapes, try some black and white.
(I did a similar concentration for AP studio art)

I've got a system with the large square filters you can adjust in front of the lense,

Once you have the system itself, the filters are pretty cheap actually. They are a lot of fun to use aswell.

Stop using "too lazy" as a crutch :P Just do it it's just a darn topic. Not like it takes much energy. You only need to move both arms.

Thanks! Well I used a high speed mode and took at least 5 pics of this guy/girl and one of them is this :D
lol it reminds me of Diablo MF runs. You gotta do lots of runs before hitting the jackpot :D

I know I still have waaaay too much to learn about the lighting part but for now I am mainly trying to learn about composition.
I haven't seen many b&w landscape shots but it's something I'd like to try out.

I actually mentioned that in another thread and it's definitely a system I want to get in the future.
There is a very informative tutorial about GND filter on LuminusLandscape:
http://www.luminous-landscape.com/tutorials/understanding-grads.shtml

I think for now I am going to stick to what I have and try my best with what I have but I do plan on upgrading to a fullframe camera later this year at least I hope I will then I will definitely get that filter holder and a bunch of GNDs

hahaha! The funniest comment I have seen lately and as much as I hate to say it you are actually right lol
I guess I am not very sure of my abilities and progress thanks to all the time I spent posting in forums full of pros and just don't want to "pollute" this forum with threads full of crappy pictures

I don't know if I posted here or not, but I'm actually not going to be serious here, just for 1 second. Bare with me are we enter this zone..
These are spectacular, I actually am impressed. I've never seen these shots by you, the tones are perfect, the colors are interesting, the framing is spot on, and the DoF
is absolutely perfect, and creates a dreamy, cool atmosphere to the photos.
Very nice work, seriously.

// seriousness off. bye.
