if you wait around just for the best deal youll wait forever.

and theyre all pretty good camera, dont be more concern able the deal you will get. >.<

just think about when you have to buy lenses! most are 600+

that 35-80mm lens is pure crap, i had one when i bought eos 300 film camera and i gave it free for my friend because the lens was basicly so poor that it was pretty much unusable. its not sharp at all, focus is really poor, contrast is really poor, 35mm isnt wide at all on 1.6x crop camera like 350d and its fully made out of cheap quality plastic. im sure you could find cheaper pack with the 18-55mm lens that usually comes with the 350d

450is huge overprice for that, unless the bag is some extra costy one. 350 sounds quite alot too because atleast here in finland you can get 350d with kit lens for around 250€ and since taxes are higher here camera equipment cost about same amount in euros here than in us dollars in usa. even the quite expensive shops sell used 350d with kit lens for 290€ and thats with 30day warranty..
