The difference between paper finishes hinges on two values, contrast, and paper surface. Contrast refers to the ability of a paper to record a range of tones from the most extreme white to the richest black. Nearly all photographs will have a full range of tones, but depending on the type of paper you use one can either highlight the differences (with a high-contrast paper) or subdue them (with lower-contrast) depending on your preference and purpose. The paper’s surface is based on the level of reflectiveness and, again, is a matter of preference.

-Glossy photos are printed on coated paper with a very smooth, shiny reflective surface. Glossy finishes has a high-contrast appearance and look slick to the touch when not under glass.

-Matte finishes have a very smooth, non-glare finish. Matte finishes have a lower-contrast when printed and are often used to enhance the texture of a print.

-Lustre paper is the premier paper most preferred by portrait and wedding photographers and is considered more of a professional-grade paper. Lustre is often considered the finish “between” matte and glossy, and has a slight gloss with a subtle, often pearl-like texture. Lustre paper has a deeper color-saturization than matte as well as a higher contrast.

I've never heard of Pearl finishes before ? :(

Landscapes/nature looks best on canvas, but in my opinion i dont think that printing on canvas really adds much to any photo - a high quality paper is just as good/better.

Depends really, if it's something very colourful a good high gloss paper like the Fuji Flex is brilliant.

And the link you posted is different from what I posted, much different.

You should only use prints like Canvas or Acrylic if it is a very special picture or you are gonna sell it (or if you want to burn some doe!)

You cant really go wrong with different types of prints as long as you get them printed professionally

This is a quote from the top paragraph of that site:

Notice the similarities?

You're really going to find yourself struggling when you have to actually cite sources when you write an essay, and it's just general common courtesy to mention where you got something, rather than quote something verbatim to pretend you know what you're talking about. I guess we've all known for a while that you're mostly all talk, with no real knowledge, practical or otherwise.

Whatever floats your boat.
I could care less, copy and pasting something for somebody else's benefit is just me doing them a favor, they have to do less work.
So why the fuck are you complaining?
Take the dick out of your ass.
