Back at my mother's house now, so managed to take a closer look at some of those Nikon lenses.

Got a 55mm, f3.5 micro nikkor, looks like it's a pre-AI lens, but I might be able to mount it on newer cams with the M2 extension tube, doesn't matter too much though, as I can still shoot it on the Nikkormat.
Also found a 24mm f2.8 AI lens, which is AI, so I can get some kind of metering through it, will be pointless to use it on a cropped sensor though, so I'll have to get an FX Nikon.
And a 180mm f2.8 AI which is a fucking sweet lens, and from the reviews I've read, it's a damned good lens.

There's also a 35mm perspective control lens, but that looks like too much hassle to use.

I'm crying for one too but I don't have that kind of cash.

What exactly is the F100? Film, Digital? Reasons you bought it? Cost?

Film camera, people often used it instead of the F5, not quite as good as an F6, but still an extremely good film camera, bodie's the same as the older pro digital Nikon's. Bought it 'cause I wanted an AF film camera that still worked with manual lenses. Got it and the battery grip for £170.

Oh nice, I want to get an AF film camera but I'm broke now, oh well.

Manual is fun.
