Argh D; They're beyond shitty, but somehow I doubt I'd even get hired there lol. It's tough getting a job at 16. I have got a couple of web design jobs lined up atm, so once they're done I'll hopefully have enough cash for a new lens atleast x'D It's not really anything I can do continually though as I'm far from professional enough :x

Pfft - don't feel stupid, you feel as if you just learned something It happens to all of us. I always use the manual function now; although I don't know everything about it yet, still trying to get used to the over/under exposed part, but I got it figured out I think.

Btw, third and last photos are great Last photo has a good dof, I'm not a huge fan of flower shots though, so I'm trying to do my best.



It's good you paid for your own - it shows that you make do with what you have and responsibility, control over your expenses. I feel gratitude toward people buying their own expenses, not having their parents buy them everything.

Yeah it's hard to find a job right now and those who are hiring would probably prefer those who have experience which I think is stupid I mean everyone has been a newbie once and they really should give those newbies a chance to prove themselves.

It all depends on the people hiring you. Sometimes they'll hire a newbie, sometimes they won't. My job, they hired someone who had experience, and hired someone that's never had a job before; and they normally only hire people with experience.

I kinda find myself spending money all the time when living here in Canada probably because it's so much fun shopping here and of the fast food culture xD I mean when I lived in Sweden I was such a cheap Asian counting every freaking penny I spent lol nah I am kinda exaggerating but still...




yeah... I think it has something to do if the person who hires you like you and if you are lucky. I know some places have hard time finding good employees.
