When somebody is ranked a "scammer" on a ANY forum, (I don't give a shit if it's for Pokemon) they are NOT trusted.
You see, that tag is implemented to warn other people that this person is a "scammer" hence the tag??


If you are telling me that a scammer tags means nothing, then you need to get your facts straight.

And if you think I ever "erage" on a forum, then you are horribly mistaken. Just because you post with CAPS does not make it an "Enraged" post.
CAPS are used to get a POINT ACROSS.

Hes just saying that his scammer tag means nothing in a photography forum. Just because he is scammer tagged doesn't mean he steals photos and posts them as his own .

So if somebody goes and robs a bank (Scams) in ANOTHER country, they can come to Canada and pretend they are not robbers?

It doesn't matter where the fuck it is, if you scam, your known as a scammer. It does not matter by who, when or why...

Robbing a bank is not the same as "scamming", hence why they're not got the same penalties attached.
