Hi Guys. biggrin.gif

I have a canon 450D.
I need a flash. I prefer canon or sigma. I would love to have manual settings avalible.
Do you have a "best" buy?
I have around 400 $ to spend.

$400 = Canon 430Ex II.
Very nice smile.gif

Okay. That is great. I think I will buy the Speedlight 430EX. But I will wait a bit to see what is happening with the prices.

heh well don't wait too long or you will miss lots of opportunities to take some great shots.
It's probably too early for me to think about getting a flash since I haven't bought a camera yet but I will most probably get the 430 EX as well since it seems to be powerful enough for outdoor. haha I remember playing with it and was sooo surprised that it was so freaking bright and someone actually blinded me with it lmao

nikon makes the best flashes, not that you would notice the difference with a good canon flash, but nikons are cheaper. If you want really cheap you should look for used one, since flashes doesent have eny braking parts like shutter in camera.

Overall it is just because I hate the internal one-billion-flash.

The Sigma EF 500 DG Super have E-TTL II. Can I use it automatically on my Canon?
