so mr Nevereon lol do you have any plans on what to get next for your D80?
What kind of lens did you get with this camera? You have to know that good lenses are almost more important than the camera body itself without a sharp lens your pics would be crappy no matter how good the camera body you use and sadly high quality lenses are very expensive sad.gif they usually cost more than 400 dollars.

Heh, so I've heard :3 Well, my dad has loads of lenses he's offered to lend to me but I've only tried his wide angle out so far tongue.gif The kit lens was a "AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6G IF-ED". No Idea what the af-s dx & IF-ed stand for but it works great :3 The close-up macro shots turn out insane on it ^^

Oh yea. lol Kinda forgot that your dad has a load of older Nikon lenses haha I guess I am becoming senile due to the boredom :S
Well I have never owned or looked at those Nikon lenses but I assume the kit lens you have is one of the mid-range lenses and should be a lot better than those 18-55mm kit lenses that comes with entry level cameras like D40 or D60. Does your dad have a good tripod too? biggrin.gif course I am sure you will need one if you want to take photos in low light or night. You know how lucky you are who has a father who is in to photography so you don't have to spend 564465465 dollars buying accessories for your camera tongue.gif
