lol I thought it shouldn't be hard to tell the difference between a brown human eye and a yellow owl eye tongue.gif
You know your story is just a lil bit too uhh extreme for me to believe but I do wish you good luck in buying a cheap camera.
Maybe you could try to baby sit for the neighbors or something so at least you'll have some kind of income.

Ew, it's worth putting in a little more money if you want something at least somewhat decent..

You get what ya pay for, especially in cameras.

Though I totally agree with you I kinda think that the quality of those budget compacts that cost around 100 bucks aren't that bad. I believe the two compacts you have were bought quite cheap too right? and you still managed to take some amazing photos with them smile.gif

Yeah, I didn't mean those. I meant the ones you get for under 100 bucks. You my as well spend 150-300+ on one if you're gonna get one.

lol It's hard to imagine that there are digital cameras that cost under 100 bucks and I don't want to know the image quality of those. Probably just as crappy as those cameras in cellphones.
Well you know I am actually thinking about to get a point and shoot camera after I've bought EOS 40D. It'll be a backup or a camera I will bring if I ever go out into the woods or places that aren't too safe to show off an expensive DSLR. But if I ever find a cheap used XTI I will get it instead course I am sure those shouldn't cost more than 400 bucks or something and the quality of XTI is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than any point and shoot cameras out there.
