haha well I kinda hesitated before I posted that pic of me well I dont really care about what others think of me and the way I look and I think you should do the same and post a pic of yourself

anyway here is another one of me taken earlier this summer. I know its a lil bit underexposed but that was the idea

Who cares if they laugh, it shows how immature they are. I can see a lot of dumb posts being posted if you posted it in the blogs section, for example... but here in photography? There are only maybe 15 or more people posting here and it's not very busy around here.

strange way because its a wrong way to hold a camera

when your fingers could go ahead the lens

you could include accidentally your fingers in the photo, and you dont have a solid fulcrum (3 finger?)


ps: the chinese (?) guy is the only one using a good hold

most of the people who regularly post here in the photography subforum are quite decent and nice, like me jk



well I think its the way mr Spencer was sitting I mean he was leaning forward to get a shot through the mirror of his car and probably had to hold his camera in a weird way. well ill just let spencer explain

That is not the problem, i know i dont look strange or anything like that. it is different... kind of strange

I think a year ago I would never imagine myself of posting a pic of myself on here either because I thought its just strange and the whole point of the internet is being able to be anonymous
but I forgot the fact that being more open also could make things more interesting and could lead to some interesting conversations with some nice people who actually exist on here

This sounds very familiar to me, although i would still never post something like a picture of me on the internet. It could be more fun if i was more 'open' on here, but that wont happen probably.

About the "wrong way to hold a camera" thing, lol I guess it's all your own style in how you hold a camera. There is no right or wrong way, but there are definitely better ways
