That looks so much better, the contrast before was kind of bleh.

The stronger contrast fits with such a strong subject, imo.

alright. accepted. anyway, how come if people like chantal etc post such crappy shots everybody´s like WOW ohmygawd cute flowers 10/10.

can i ask why you rate something that isnt interesting in any way with nearly half points? i dont really get how people usually rate these pics, at the times it seems like people are nearly saying that something is complete crap and still rating 8/10..

I dont want to be mean about it (cough :lol: ), but I feel the same way sometimes. Like some people in here get handled with kid gloves.

every section has it's down sides, be happy this one doesn't have a shitload of overconfident noobs and an even bigger crapload of trolls

I think everyone here is overconfident, and everyone doesnt take cnc very well (Im not omitting myself from that either) but its better to be criticized and get your ego bruised for a minute than have people telling you somethings better than it is.

I completely agree with this... oftentimes my photos will be completely ignored when all I want to know is how it is so far and how I can make it better just because a "regular" posted something I don't think is very good... I would post but usually by that time I'm rather irritated or discouraged and don't want to post anymore... :/
