Haha... It honestly was more about me thinking the assignment was completely stupid and ridiculous than it was about having to use a Canon. But I told everyone in my group that it was because it was a Canon and I didn't even want to touch it. Haha, living up to the Nikon zealot name in your honor!

I was out last weekend shooting landscape and a couple came up to make and said "you look like you know what you're doing, can you take our picture for us?", I was like sure... but they handed me a Nikon..

I bitchslap'd her and ran as far as i can.

LOL.

Okay.. i didn't do that but meh -_- I had to go home and scrub down/ decontaminate myself.

LOL

Okay, i didn't do that either.

But i should have tho, i think i'm getting cancer.

Moral of the story- Ask what they have before you agree to help them shoot.

The very same thing happened to me about a month ago but she handed me a Samsung :D
and for some reason the flash went off when I took that picture and it was in broad daylight :O

Well I don't mind other brands especially Nikon. Just like Canon they have weakness and strengths so there is no
need for "gear-fundamentalism" :p
