oh? miss chantal I don't mean any offense but of all the great work I've seen from you, this doesn't compare. This photo doesn't appeal to me at all =( I can't quite place if it's a white balance issue or what but something is off.

Mine is prettty bad and I asked eek not to show because I felt it was slightly distorted and ruined by tinypic and photobucket but he posted it anyway =) #6

Oh I know, I told eek that I was not happy with it... but it was the best photo I had taken within the time frame (just got too busy). I didn't put all of my effort into that photo.

that's right, you said you would take one like 15 minutes before it was due but i'm guessing that didn't happen?

No haha I never did that. There was absolutely nothing interesting here to take a photo of.

I just took one of the random photos near my apartment. I love shooting there!

I could have done that, but honestly, it is so boring...

I normally take photos when I am away travelling... because then it's something new to me, and much more attractive to take a photo of. If you ever noticed, usually my photos are of different things happening around me, or when I travel somewhere (even if it's only an hour away).

I wish I could travel more but my financial situation doesn't allow me to. I only came to El Paso for some issues I have to take care of but I'm going home in 3 more days. The strange thing is that every time I try to take a photo here something comes out very off and I end up deleting it. I don't know why I can't seem to like the photos I take here.

Well is it the photo itself that isn't good or the subject? Maybe try something that inspires you, amazes you, looks cool to you and take a photo of that looking at it from an odd angle or something
I don't have the best financial situation either. I have to save up for a while before going anywhere. But even going just outside of my city sometimes has good photo opportunities. I just have to make the time and effort into going there and capturing it!
