Post some sample pics and list the settings you were shooting at. There are a couple reasons for blur which can be pretty easily diagnosed when you look at a shot and the settings that took it
I'm still learning how to use manual and set up everything to the correct settings to capture photos properly. I need to watch some instructional videos on it, do some reading, and get some practice in. So far almost everything has been auto. (Note most of the pictures I've taken thus far are just random and for testing out the camera... been busy with work).
I have different situations where things are blurry using auto everything (and I figure I should start learning manual)... but I'm still a tad bit confused. Here's one photo:

Here's another photo that ended up not focused too well, and I'm not sure if it's just the low light noise and all that... flash was on... auto on... seemed to be point-focused... but still bad:
http://oi44.tinypic.com/345215e.jpgThe same problems occurred on auto when trying to take pictures of a boat moving medium-speed at a medium distance in front of me at the beach, etc, etc.
Still portraits seem to turn out well in daylight, etc.
I have *A LOT* to learn, and I need to know my stuff before I can start really saying anything... but I just want to figure out what's going wrong so I know (when I get my manual settings figured out), where the auto is going wrong! Thanks.
