in the middle one:

you might want to have shifted the frame down a little bit, and focus on the plants instead of the water.

I was going to do that but it was really muddy, and I had nice shoes on haha. It was the first sunny day in 2 months.

I want to practice portrait pictures so my friend is letting me do pictures for his newborn. He doesn't care how they turn out, but I want to try my best. Any tips??

set the foucs point to single focus in the middle, and aim for the eyes.

maybe get yourself a distance calculator, but tbh im not much of a portrait shooter.
