Thats a bad angle, especially for women. No one wants to see chin/nostrils.

Plus I dont think the designer would be too happy with photos of the undersides of the hats

yeah exactlt right on both points

if you looking at taking full length shots outdoors, then yes you can take from down low, but certainly not headshots

Nice shots bro, I think I like the last one because it's technically executed the best.

First girl should have a straight face with chin pointed down more. She simply doesn't have the bone structure for that pose.

Don't be afraid to use the liquify tool on necks and jaws (really needs it)+ burn in some shadows under the chin and jaw line, it will give the girls faces a lot more structure.

Your first shoot mate? Good job :)

thanks for that, was hoping for c&c from you
i am CRAP at editing, liquify is PS right? i solely used LR4 for these, as it is more simple, still so much to learn on there let alone PS
will look up some luquify tutorials

well was my 1st shoot of this type, have shot some models before but that was just for fun, normally just shoot corporate events

So basically the red circles and arrows is where I pushed forward or back

Plus darkened under the jaw and a little on the cheeks.

This makes her look much more "petite" or feminine.

I would probably also slim her face a little so it's not so circular.

It may look like too much when comparing side by side but if you never saw the original it would look completely fine ;)

The light was pretty soft so it's going to show everything and exaggerate everything.

If it were a bit harsher, there would be more shadow play so it would slim her face naturally and also create contours.
