Phill is right. You can get offended all you want but take and accept all feedback. The editing is bad on these and ruined the potential they have. Number 2 is pretty nice and it's my favorite of the set. And yes I agree on the flash ruining them, it seems like it's really killing the sharpness. What kind of flash was used? A ring flash?

e: It was midnight when I took the shots so it'd be impossible not to use it.

Try some daytime ones and see how utilizing natural light turns out.

The hornets are too aggressive to get daytime shots of them. I've already been stung 5 times this season attempting. lol
