I guess I will start off the critiquing. I consider myself the same way as you do, a middle of the pack photographer, so I probably won't be able to give much useful criticism. I'll try anyways.

To start off, my favourite ones are the long exposure shot of the river and the panorama shot.

The biggest thing that I don't like about the photos is composition. The 2 car photos are cropped awkwardly. For a close up, they aren't close enough, and they still show "some" environment. On the contrary, they don't show enough of the environment, resulting in bland negative space which contributes nothing to the photo. I struggle to find something interesting in the photos. The motorcyclist one seems to have some panning going on, which is cool, but again, I feel the composition is a bit off.

The graffiti in the next few photos are interesting, but unfortunately, that's all I really have to say about them. From a photography stand point, these shots could have been taken with a point and shoot on full auto and still turn out the same. Perhaps looking around the scene for interesting environmental elements or using something as foreground can add some spark to the photos. On another note, I feel as you could have moved the panorama shot up a bit, as the top of the wall near the word "HAWK" feels a bit cut off. Again composition can probably be improved here.

The flower shot fails to interest me for much the same reasons as the ones above. Perhaps changing up the perspective, maybe adding some more colours into the photo can help.

Onto the fight shots. First off, these action shots are infinitely harder to get than any of the photos from before, since rarely will you get a nice spot to actually shoot at unless you have a photo pass to the event, so I understand that perspective and composition can sometimes be out of your control. That being said, I do think the composition is too far to the left on the first photo. I'm also not a fan of the post processing here. The amount of grit almost makes it too "cartoony" for me. This is more of a personal preference though, I'm sure some people love it.

For the last 3 portraits, the focus is soft. I also don't like the harsh shadows over the faces. Either using some fill light, or getting your model to slightly turn would make the photo infinitely more flattering. Composition here, again, feels off for me.

I would perhaps trying sticking more to the rule of thirds, and working from there for composition.

Let me know what you feel about my criticism as well! I feel that learning to give effective criticism is also a great way to improve one's own photography.

Cheers

EDIT: Btw, for graffiti shots perhaps check out what Zomb posted here: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=62933909&f=265. His photo makes great use of the sky, sun and lightning to add some flare to the photo.
