The focal point is her legs because it is the brightest thing in the picture. The flash lighting draws hard, harsh, and unforgiving lines. Also the light source doesn't make sense.
Eyes should be open, not like she is scared to be up there.
Should probably look online for some photography tutorials, and practice more.
