30 something years ago... started photography as my mom had a leader role in an Opera in a local group, and my dad was working in building the stage set.... I was using my dad's camera, a Canon A1 then the AE-1, a flash and a couple 35mm rolls... My dad would have the photos processed and sell the photos for what it cost having them printed. Digital didn't exist, no post processing either. Couldn't waste film either cause it was costly.
Did that for many years and always had a great time growing up with this singing group as part of my family.
Now it's been over 15 years that my mom stopped singing, but the group is still going strong with different people.
I was asked to take photos of the show a week and a half ago because their usual photographer was not available.... I was back 30 years younger when I first started... it was the same stage, same type of classical music, so many memories.... loved it!
