Composition aside, there's too much noise in the photos (especially #2).
Try lowering your iso (higher exposition time or a smaller f) or buy a better camera :/

The problem with two is the iso. Prob shot at either 6400 or 3200.
I looks to be an hdr edit, which really bring out the grain in any shot.
Use a low iso with a long exposure.
