ah yes mine does the auto focus thing forever sometimes as well, i am not exactly sure why but usually if i just let go of the button and then do it again once or twice it will focus correctly, it is probably because it is trying to focus on a larger object instead of picking a face or a certain focal point. Again, i am a newb and know nothing but makes sense to me.

Film or Digital class?

digital, though considering taking a film one in fall just to learn about it.

Film is fun. Just annoying as crap buying film and everything necessary to print it.

thee class at my school provides the film for you, just gatta have your own camera

edit: you have to pay them for it but it isn't to expensive and it is convenient that its right at the art building.

Go film, did it last semester, had a blast!

Ed. The course actually cosisted of 1 wewk intense b/w film, and another digital colour.
I liked the film part much more, but before this course i had never developed or printed film myself.
makes you realize how lightroom works in an analog way.
