I take it you are going to do that right after shooting so your clients can get a preview of what the shots look like? I still don't see a reason for having an iPad. It can do less than my laptop, and what it can do it does worse than my laptop.

you are forgetting one very very very important factor: i can tether to multiple ipads and people are suckers for ipads. Laptops don't have the same effect on clients.

Figured it was a client thing. I'll stick with my non waste of $400 dollars though. I don't give a shit what people are suckers for. I don't have to deal with people. Laptop > iPad, always will see it this way.

Don't go into any business with this sort of mentality. I'd actually not hire you if you thought this way

nope. all branding is hidden by padding, and the software does not let u know what kind of 'pad' it is.

so you can tell the difference between an ipad 1 and the third party screens - some of which are better / newer even than the ipad 2, yet have the same screen size?
