the lighting seems ok, even though it is just ceiling lights
dont like the composition in any of them, the 1st pic i find boring, the 2nd i dont like the eye being cut off, 2&3 need to show more forehead rather cut it off near the hairline
the concept is great and nothing wrong with your modelling skills, think you portrayed it correctly
think you need to dull down the sharpness a little, just dont like under your eyes, and to me it attracts more attention than your eyes
