Biggest critique of the shot? Rotate her slightly so her eyes are in the focal plane.

The first shot, you are too long on the lens. If you wanted to create a sense of isolation in teh subject, grab a wide, shoot wide open (~f2) and stand right back. Put a snoot on that flash and really seperate the subject from the back ground.

2 and 3 are well lit but they're pretty tacky :/
