Just some advice for people who want to use this for a model...
Please note that actors' casting agents do NOT like when the photo is processed that way...
Sure the model looks better, but this is not what is desirable for the big screen.... Lines and wrinkles must show expression.
Too smooth a face like this may turn against the model if for acting.

You'd be surprised at how much models actually get retouched, even actors/actresses. Even though it "looks" natural.

For natural skin retouching, you don't blur the skin, but dodge and burn all the dark/light parts in the skin, making it a smoother gradient of tone. Very time consuming.

I know they get retouched, but not in the same way :p
I am in that business as well, and my agent keeps complaining at some of his people sending him photoshop photos that when the producer sees them in person, it's not what they chose exactly....
Argh I can't find the good English words to say this... hope you can make what I am trying to say

Haha I get what you mean!

There's the right way to retouch skin and the wrong way where it looks very waxy and plastic.

Then there's the natural way, where you shoot @ 1.2-1.4 F stop and the skin takes care of itself, where you only have to fix blemishes :P
