This photo was actually staged and setup with the officer.
I saw a BTS shot from someone on a rooftop and there were people helping with strobes / umbrella on a boom.

But Chantal you're right the majority of people didnt riot because of the results of the game it was going to happen anyways. It was just an excuse to fuel the hooligans pointless rages.
