a mounted print is when you take the image and glue it to a base which can vary from wood, metal, card-stock, plastics. This way the image doesn't need a frame, it's usually a lot cheaper but this depends on the materials used and the process.
I'd recommend showing a series, a collection of random images is very amateurish and if your dealing with people who are use to looking through portfolios they might see it that way as well. I'd say 7/10 of what you have shown is good work, but I'd diffidently take out that flower shot and the two under exposed landscapes near the beginning.
I agree, the flower shot + the two underexposed shots make more sense in their post-processed versions, but I agree that they look bad right now atleast.
Also, I understand the value of a series, but I'm thinking that the people in the coffee shop aren't going to be portfolio types (from what I've seen).
