How so? As an employer, I set my standards.

This, agree 100%. If you can shoot ~400 mm @ 1/15 and produce decently sharp images, I will hire you on the spot.

Well I sure can't, but my tripod can. You should hire my tripod.

If you wanna try and get your stuff more in focus, zoom as far as possible into your subject. focus, then find your composition. (as long as you stay in the same spot obviously)

not the best of photo, but it was the first one of a bird for me. i used my 55-300 zoomed all the way onto the bird then focused (even if its just its chest) then zoomed out a little to try and frame the bird in the tree. He was also a little adhd critter that wouldnt stay still for more than half a second, jumping from branch to branch to branch. I was running around the tree like an idiot. lol

just keep on practicing, dont even have to be 'creative' photos. just get a feel for your lens.

:hello: man

Also check out this guide here on composition. Centering an object is rarelyever good.

The center of the picture is extremely balanced and predictable which as viewers dont find appealing, it doesn't differ or stand out from anything else. thanks for the tut eek.

Edit: sorry for the double post, meant to put it in my edit of my last one... apparently not.

I have no use for your tripod. Tripods are tacky as fuck
