Yeah, I'm learning the back-end because I understand what good design LOOKS like, just not what makes it tic. I am nowhere near experienced enough to help you out

Get a free wordpress template, eventually upgrade to a paid template with an 'insert all' function like ProPhoto.
My site uses prophoto + wordpress. I swear, it's the easiest thing to update / customize.

Have a question about ur web what format u using there ? Seems to me pic loads very slow and scroll pic not working ? you have a timer set up on this or something ?

Which page are you looking at?
It's all HTML + Flash on slideshows + flash on automated slideshow in main page (which doesn't have scroll)

ah i just found pause button on right corner wich make everything perfect
imo chage side show to an option then auto more ppl wants click next picture then see slow sladeshows
