did you underexpose one stop to do that? or you changed exposure post ?

why would I need to underexpose?

bleaching bypass is an older film technique which basically skips the bleaching process - and in essence what you end up with is a black and white image over a colour image. i read from somewhere probably wiki as i just re-read it there, that people usually underexpose to help create the effect

but ofc thats film use. On digital all of which can be edited in PP

Ah interesting. Do you simple select filter and adjust curves? or how does that software work ?

well the whole plugin allows you to apply several half preset filters to your photos. I use like 10% of them tho. Bleach bypass is for adjusting contrast. you can adjust global contrast and local contrast plus brightness and saturation. it´s definately more powerful than photoshops regular brightness / contrast adjustment.
