Great set.

Yeah i actually did... One of my first selective coloring photos.. but i mean.. that picture was like made for it... it's almost a crime not to do it! :P

Well done on all of these!!!

I am amazed at what you can do with these.

Where exactly was this and why are there so many cars there?  Looks like they were parked and were never moved.

Thank you so much! This was at a place call Old Car City, it's normally closed to photographers due to some insurance issue or something. But they decided to open up for a one time thing. Went with a huge group of local photographers.. i think there was like 54 of us. It's like a semi junkyard/ museum there. Believe it or not, some of those cars are actually for sale.

What i shot was just a small part of it (still pretty darn big tho). Theres a forest back there and if you paid for a guided tour, they'll take you back there where old cars lay for another half miles in.

Heres few more shots.. i didn't like these as well as the others but i'd guess i'll share them anyway.

You can tell this car has been there for years with the tree growing out of it. Seems like a race car back in the day with a barely visable 39 on the doors

A Dodge something! Challenger?

A old Hudson!

Also, what do you guys think of this shot? I like it but also don't like it at the same time

Oh wow, that is very neat! You are lucky for being able to go in and take some shots :)

I can see my friend buying one of those cars in there... he's fixing up a really old one that looks much like these cars, if only I could remember the year & name it was ><. I will have to show him these pictures, I think he will like them! Did you take the tour btw? That is so cool, Old Car City. Thanks for sharing the pics!

Yeah, lucky i was informed of this by my local photo club. Who knows when the next time it would be. Definitely a very interesting place to take photos.

I didn't take the tour unfortunately. The main entrance area opened for our access is gigantic already. I could easily spend 5-6 hours in that part :P

ye guessed so. by the way, I think this old car dump could be a great setting if you´d be working at dawn or night and use some flashguns to light the cars. maybe even with some color filters. I pretty much got a few nice ideas popping to my mind when I see your shots.
