Perspective, in context of vision and visual perception, is the way in which objects appear to the eye based on their spatial attributes; or their dimensions and the position of the eye relative to the objects.
I didn't enter the contest and have yet to see the entries (takes forever to load on dial-up) but my idea of unusual perspective had to do with very wide angle lens, which I do not have...
I wanted to take a picture of my daughter's lizard from under him while he is hanging only by his hind legs...
But I do not have a wide angle lens to have the wanted effect......
I had another idea but the results were not good cause light was too low to have everything in focus (close and far objects)..
I was at the botanical garden and there was a small waterfall (indoors) and I had my son position his hands so the water was falling from his hands...
But the water ended up too blurried and I lost the effect I wanted..
So that was a fail

I did have an older picture taken of my daughter holding the sun in her hands, another one of my son holding the sun in his hands above his head...
That would have been unusual perspective, but not possible to do in the winter as the sun goes down behind tall trees

Can only be done in the summer.
I ended up editing the one with my daughter quite a bit today out of boredom and fear of freezing my ass off if I went outside

Here's my non official entry for unusual perspective
