Greart B+W conversionl. The added sharpness makes it look so somber! I'd add just a little more brightness on the eyes, since the way your shot is taken there is no way you didn't do it already Also, a little less contrast, since it makes certain facial features that are white look artificially blown out (especially the area between his ear and eyebrow). But this is just what I'd do.
