This morning I found out that there had been some heavy family violence in a house that's a few streets to where I live and the guy had stormed to the streets after beating the girl. Good point. Suing them doesn't solve anything. That kind of mentality is what leads to all the red tape cops have to go through that prevents them from taking a lot of scum off the streets. I would be annoyed if that happened to me too, but I think you're thinking about this the right way.
