Moo.com

Haven't used anything else. The quality is exceptional. ( I use a matte finish) Looks amazing, very VERY clean & professional.
They feel amazing, perfect texture (You can get recycled material ones if you want to save the planet too - I'm using them right now for my NYC set, I prefer the regular ones over)
Amazing price, and the shipping time is the most impressive I've seen.

He's right about this. Although I saw some metallic business cards the other day that also caught my eye.

Cost a shitload to get made though.
Acrylic cards are also pretty nifty.

You can also look into cool printing techniques, like spot UV or photochromic inks.

Do you think attaching x3 different minis from Moo with some sort of string material like a keychain is cheesy or tacky?

Very tacky, I'd say.
