I really like the first one, it looks like a postcard :)
The second picture just won't open for me..

thanks, i am not happy with the 2nd pic, so no real loss for you anyway :D

If you want to fix the second image and you have photoshop just go to -> File -> Automate -> Photomerge

Then select the images and it will fix the distortion and patch them together for you :D

I believe this only exists in Photoshop CS3+

Still a rather noticeable difference.
Now make your canvas size much larger, then select the image layer (if its locked, dupcliate it) and then ctrl+t to transform. Right click -> warp, distort, perspective (whichever you prefer, use a mix of them all) and nudge ti around until it looks perfect. Draw some lines using the line tool (obv) along areas that should be straight so you can line them all up. Once its perfect crop it back down to a clean image ^_^

i justed messed about quickly so its not perf but i will get it there
