Just thought of a new idea for a thread. We always post pictures taken by ourself and i certainly enjoy doing that.

But sometimes i surf the internet and come across a truly breath taking image.. wishing i can share the image with others... but never knowing where to post or if i should post at all.

The purpose of this thread is to share these images and maybe even start a little discussion on it. Ofc, giving the photographer the credit is always encouraged.

I stumbled across this image and absolutely fell in love.

I have to say here.. this photo itself isn't really anything special. If you would give any of us a professional model and a stylist with it, we could all take this because the composition or editing doesn't stand out that much. It looks like a good photo though

Yeah, it does. It's still pretty cool though. I'm not wow'd by the quality but the massive cloud.

Not strictly photography, but I always loved J Phillip White's surreal analogue photo manipulations.
