Great pictures! Unlike a lot of people it seems you actually put some thought in the outfit aswell. (indeed 3 is a little too colorful I think for this theme)

I love how colorful number 3 is! It also looked beautiful with a more sepia tone but I decided to stick with the color.

I did originally but I didn't like it as much. It looked a little better in my eyes tilted slightly like that.

I would really appreciate those more if the hair wasn't so colored..
The outfit, the hair style, the poses, all fit with the 60"s or early 70's.
But trust me, there was no blue in the hair, and it was one single color, either blonde or dark were in fashion.
Women back then didn't have their hair dye in 2 colors..

So for me the only picture I like is the 1st.. :(
If the model isn't willing to change her hair color for this type of pictures, go black and white or desaturate...

Heyy.
I think these are probably some of the best pieces of work yet, the tones are fantastic in all of them, and the richness of the colors is spectacular.
I think you did a great job. I'm not too sure about the expression in the last one, but other than that, great work :)

It's my cousin and I would never ask her to dye her hair for me to take photos of her lol. She just redyed the blue, it was fading. I like destuarated and black and whites but the colors were very beautiful where we were and in her clothing so I didn't get too crazy with desaturating. But thank you!

Thank you! That means a lot. She's not a professional model so her expressions are a bit off sometimes but I keep telling her I think she could be a model if she worked a little harder!

believe it or not the third one was barely edited! just an up in contrast and a teeny bit more saturated, but thats all!

and thanks!

That's where you need to develop your skills as a photographer to direct people. It's all about the finesse.
