It's not a real face. It reminds me of what conspiracy geeks say "IT"S A GHOST ZOMG" and that hotel is supposedly haunted so when I showed the girl in picture she freaked out. It looks a lot clearer in raw format but I'm not sure how to show it other than the snapping tool.
