Thank you boys and girls, I think I made up my mind :)
I will go for the Tokina 11-16 then. Now I just need some courage to spend these 525€ :D

I give you the courage!

The price difference is only a hundred bucks and from what I have seen and heard it is quite a bit better than the Sigma :(
Well at least I am still getting some decent landscape shots with mine and I have seen some breath taking shots you took with yours as well so it's not really a biggy :)

Oh, a hundred bucks! Well I'm going to return my Sigma! Not... it's not a biggie like you said. In all, I'd rather get the Canon.

hmm I think the Canon 10-22mm is a bit overpriced.

Other than the wider focal range it isn't better than the Tokina.

@mr Alpi
Oh pfft 525 Euro isn't that much wait until you see the prices on most of those Canon L lenses lol

I know, I know :D
I'd love to own a L-series lens, but I'm not gangsta enough yet. I'd just love to have a nice and sharper lens than my actual base kit (18-55) without haveing to sell a kidney, and since I love wide angle pictures I chose this one.

So I finally sold a portion of my liver, and bought the tokina 11-16 and the canon 50 1.8 II.

I can't wait to receive them :)
