Can't do that. Well I could, but it wouldn't do any good. Those are to the east. When the sun is setting you can see the colors of the mountains and they are no longer silhouettes. Doesn't make that interesting of a shot imo. But anyway, to answer your question. Its just a cpl on my 50mm prime. Shot at 1600 iso and over exposed, then brought down to right exposure in post op.
