yes lens are the big keys. i want to test it myself on video.
camcorders I don't like at all. and friend has a few, and i am not amazed.
simple enough if i am no amazed with either one. i'll give it
to my little brother but I am sure i'll have it with me for a long time
and besides. i co-own a club at school that requires photography.

if you have a spare SD card i would recommend taking it to a camera store which carries both models.
use your SD card to test each camera with the same lens, afterwards you'll be able to compare them on your computer.
