Thanks guys, I'm probably going to go with canon. If anyone wants to reccomend a nice one that's cool.

I just got the EOS 1000D with the kit lens + a telephoto lens for only 550€. I´m pretty satisfied with it so far. if you wanna spend a little more, the 450D is most likely what you should go with. most people that like canon say thats the best entry level DSLR on the market atm.
