explain the process of shooting this then pls. enlight me

not too big of a fan i mean you have a person in there to show emotion i believe but i cant seem to understand the picture :/

it isn't supposed to have a clear understanding.
it's sort of abstract with a bit of emotion from the subject, me.

a ) photoshop

b ) a similar shot can be reproduced on medium/large format polaroid (doubt this one though)
