For those who don't have Donor Forum access....
Someone challenged me to take a picture with me holding the spider....
Well here we go ;)
Not the best picture, but kinda hard to hold the camera in one hand in macro function and hold a moving spider with the other hand, and try to get a decent focus.....

Holy crap! You are one crazy mother :D I've read somewhere that you guys have some pretty nasty spiders in Canada like the infamous brown recluse and hobo spiders :O
Are those freaky looking creatures in your garden venomous?
Anyway I love your macro photos :)

I don't think any of the spiders we have in my area are dangerous..
That one I played with during a bood 10 minutes and it was only trying to get away from me...
When it started feeling secure, it just stayed on my arm....

Oh I was gonna ask, do you know what kind of spider it is? I was going to search it online and read about them.

That one is the Araneus Diadematus..
It's the most common in my flower beds...
Commonly called 'crossed spider' because of the pattern on its back..

Interesting. I wonder if they are the same spider, or similar?

Not the best pose from the spider, but I'm happy the web showed up in the shot!

I decided to edit and add another spider, instead of creating another topic....

I hate spidersss ahh.
But I love photography of them.
The first one is my favorite, i don't care for the second one, just because it's the back.
But it's still aamazing.

Well, it almost looks like there is a cross pattern, but much darker...
Try to look at it, if you see lighter parts like a cross, and the waving patterns on each sides.
These patterns differ from one spider to the other, like our facial features are different, but a nose is a nose and eyes are eyes...
You should see something like the pattern if they are the same...

Oh ok thanks! How do you go about finding the actual name of a spider? Haha it seems pretty hard to find :P
